Stacey DePasquale, P.E. started sde in 1999 after working in the industry for seven years as an engineer for Tetra Tech Rizzo on wastewater and stormwater projects. Stacey graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with degrees in Civil/Environmental Engineering and has valuable experience in the design, modeling, and inspection of conveyance and disposal systems. She is a member of numerous professional societies and committees.
In her free time, Stacey enjoys a wide variety of outdoor activities. She has spent years rock climbing, hiking, mountain biking, windsurfing, SCUBA diving, bird hunting, and triathlon racing. Although she plans to return to racing in a couple of years, her focus is now on her family. |

Matt St. Pierre is the Director of Field Operations for sde. He is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. He has prior experience as a Resident Engineer on a municipal landfill project in Pennsylvania and has been with sde since 2004. As the company’s first full-time employee, Matt has performed all of the services currently offered by sde and is an integral member of our team.
During the warmer months Matt enjoys spending time on Cape Cod relaxing with friends on the porch, attending music festivals, camping, and occasionally fishing. During the colder months he reads books on politics and sports, attends Providence College basketball games, and watches the Bruins and Celtics. Matt is currently pursuing his MBA. |

Emily Coumbassa is an Environmental Scientist and Lead Field Technician on numerous sde projects. She graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and joined sde in 2007. Since joining the company Emily has worked on most types of sde's projects, including illicit discharge detection and elimination (IDDE), private property inflow surveys, inflow and infiltration studies, and combined sewer separation work. Emily also has prior experience as a GIS Technician in a water quality analytical laboratory and as a Quality Control Technician.
When not at work Emily enjoys outside activities such as snowboarding, hiking, and camping. Emily is also learning to crochet and play the guitar. She reads up to one book a month. |

Lucas Chapman is an Environmental Scientist and Lead Field Technician for sde. He graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science. After working for sde as an intern in 2007, he joined the staff full-time in 2008. Lucas has worked on numerous projects at sde including illicit discharge detection and elimination (IDDE), private property inflow surveys, and combined sewer separation work.
When Lucas is not working he enjoys outdoor activities with family and friends. In the winter he enjoys snowshoeing and animal print identification. When the weather is warmer he enjoys hiking, kayaking, tree identification, and camping. Lucas also spends time studying languages including Japanese, Spanish, and Korean. |
