About SDE

After spending the first seven years of her career with Tetra Tech, Stacey DePasquale established SDE in 1999.

In addition to a broad range of storm water and wastewater engineering services, SDE provides construction oversight/management and environmental services for public and private clients.

On average, the SDE field force comprises up to 30 technicians and support personnel. Most have earned engineering or environmental science degrees; many are “seasoned professionals.”

To ensure that performance in the field remains at the very highest levels, SDE conducts rigorous, ongoing professional development programs. These programs focus on various practical topics ranging from safety issues, to technological advancements, to the latest developments in industry trends and techniques.

SDE has long been acknowledged throughout the industry for its innovative practices.

Among the more recent innovations SDE has pioneered are those associated with illicit discharge detection and elimination projects, as well as various technologies designed to increase efficiencies and enhance quality control in its field operations, data collection, and data usage.

SDE is a certified WBE and/or DBE in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont.
